Say Hello & Consultation

By the time you say Hello, you have been thinking about making contact for a while. Taking the first step to let us know you are considering a photoshoot, is all we need to be in a position to plan and take care of things. It is important that you share all with us during the consultation - your special requests and wishes, as well as fears.

A consultation also introduces you to the photographer and get a feel for all the different possibilities you may expect on the day of your shoot. From this very moment we hear from you, we aim to make you comfortable and understand what it is you wish to gain from your photoshoot. It may be for a partner, or yourself, or just because.

Whichever the reason, we want to get to know you and hear your heart's desires for the photoshoot.



Feel free to ask questions at all times.

Throughout the process, you are in a position to decide what you feel comfortable with to do.

Booking & Preparations

Once we have established the foundations of your photoshoot, we consider possible dates and confirm your booking. At this time it is important that a deposit is paid so as to ensure your time booked, remains yours.

Various preparations sometimes need to be taken care of and we will ensure that all is in place so no time is wasted on the booked date. Studio or alternative venues and colour settings are discussed also. If we plan an outdoor shoot, we may need to keep an eye out for weather patterns.



We communicate with you in the time leading up to the photoshoot and guide you with some tricks - the do's and dont's of preparing for your shoot. You may also wish to shop around for special items you want to incorporate. If hair and make-up is done by yourself or professionally done will need to be discussed ahead of time so shooting time is not reduced by time spent on this at the studio.

Day of Photoshoot

Your day has arrived and all are ready and waiting. This is when you let us do what we do best. Most clients like to page through our albums to review ideas possible to incorporate in their own shoots. There may be time to use some of your own ideas, should you also have specific concepts in mind.

Our main aim is always to help you feel comfortable, and most of all, enjoy this special experience. We want this day to be another huge success! It is important that you are not distracted during your shoot, and we therefor would not allow a friend on the set during our photoshoots.

You will leave a different person than the one who first walked in, not because you have attended an acting class, but because you very soon find yourself being free to be the you you really are.



This day is the first day of the life-long romance with yourself and we make it the very best it possibly can be.

Post-Production & Delivery

The best images from the photoshoot will be selected and be retouched professionally. Once completed and checked, we upload preview images online on our website where you are able to login with a private password to view and select images you would like to order.

Since various packages offer different quantities of images, we ensure that we upload more than the package allows. You will be notified that the upload is complete and ready for viewing. Should your selection of images exceed the package for the photoshoot, you may still request to order additional images and these will be charged at a set price per image.

During this time of viewing, you may already know which images you wish to turn into wall art, which you may intend to present in a photo box or album, or request our very special photo painting to be done for specific images.



Once completed, you are again contacted and may download your high resolution images directly as applicable.
